I went to the urgent care because I was concerned about my son starting to get a cold, he was snotty, sneezing, coughing, but most concerning he was wheezing really bad. He sounded like he had a squeaker in his throat. He almost has a disorder where his vocal cords are loose, it is something common in preemies. The nurse was really sweet but when the doctor came in, he was so dismissive and brief. He checked his lungs over my son screaming bc he was sick and in pain. Then he checked his ears. He gripped his head so hard and firm and twisted his head side to side so forcefully, I was in complete shock. He said his lungs sounded fine and ears were okay and basically ran out the room. He was probably in there for a total of 3 minutes if that. It was a terrible experience for him, I'll never go there again. I just wanted to make sure he didn't have any infections or respiratory issues. Next time I'll just call the on call nurse and wait for his doctor to call back and/or their office open for an appointment.

Rich is always so patient and listens to my health concerns. His office is super clean and his nursing staff are always polite and friendly and helpful as well.

Although the office was super busy, Mr. Rapaport takes the time to hear my concerns and answers my questions. He was able to diagnose efficiently and then got me on my way. He’s a great provider for our family. The office and staff were also quick and efficient under a backlog of patients as well.

Kristin just did a routine check up on me and a follow up to check some meds I take. Not only was she professional but I felt she really took the time to examine me completely . So many Doctors out there just pass the buck , treat people like cattle, but not Kristin. I hope she stays at beach care for a long time so she can be my Doctor as long as possible. Go Kristin You Rock !

So thankful for the care I received today! I was seen quickly for a broken finger - everyone was professional and encouraging. I was able to have x-rays done on site which allowed me to get numbed, set, stabilized, and out the door in less than an hour. I am so grateful for the care I received and would refer this practice to anyone! Thank you!
